First Cambodian TV Coverage - Cambodian State TV 1991.

Brian's first appearance on Cambodian State TV in 1991! He was in negotiations with Cambodian government officials over the large shipping container of medical supplies he was delivering to Cambodia. This was Ratanak's very first project.
